Wednesdays, 1 – 2:30 pm
If we find ourselves distracted and scattered, there are mindful exercises and meditations that can be practiced which help bring the body and mind together in concentration. And when there is greater concentration one feels more ease, comfort and awareness within and in our lives. We welcome anyone who is interested in joining us.
