“Mindfulness is the energy of being aware and awake to the present moment. To be mindful is to be truly alive, present and at one with those around you and with what you are doing”
- Thich Nhat Hanh
If we find ourself distracted and scattered, there are mindful exercises and meditations that can be practiced which help bring the body and mind together in concentration. And when there is greater concentration one feels more ease, comfort and awareness within and in our lives. We welcome anyone who is interested in joining us.
