Tuesdays, 7 p.m., beginning April 1 for the month of April. Then it will be held on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month following that. Abraham is a non-human entity that comes through Esther Hicks and has done so for over 20 years. Abraham is a collective of spirits who desire to aid the planet. Ask and It Is Given is a valuable tool of over 22 processes to achieve our goals in attracting to our lives what we desire. Yes, it is based on the law of attraction. Led by Gayle Hammond. Mindfulness Practice

The Introduction to Mindfulness Practice at Unity Church by the Shore meets on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at the church from 7 to 9 P.M. The Mindfulness program offers an opportunity to practice a way of bringing the mind to a more settled and focused condition. The deeper the focus that develops can help to open new possibilities and opportunities in our lives. Usually the group sits together in a guided meditation, followed by optional walking meditation. Often we view a mindfulness oriented video or listen to a mindfulness tape, completing our time together with a discussion regarding how this practice relates to our lives. These sessions are inspired by the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh. Anyone new to this practice and teaching, as well as those who are familiar with the practice, are welcome to come to a session. Prayer - Meditation

Prayer and Meditation Service 12 to 12:45 P.M. Healing prayer circle meets every Wednesday at noon. Everyone welcome for meditation, prayer and sharing.

Course in Miracles

Course in Miracles meets on Wednesday from 7:30 to 9 P.M. in the church Sanctuary under the leadership of Joseph Koelbl.

* This course is a popular spiritual development program which offers students an opportunity to change their perceptions of everyone and everything in their lives - from negative to positive. The course outlines the need for forgiveness, tolerance, joyfulness, and love in our lives. According to students of the Course, this is a fun way to learn about God and the meaning of love and forgiveness. It opens your heart to a new vision of your own spiritual life.
